How can I help?

How can I help?

Showcasing what I do for my clients is tricky. It’s not just their story, it’s their intellectual property. It goes public in their name, not mine. Here are a few projects that clients have been happy to share.
A topnotch communications agency wanted to get their client’s technical documentation shipshape for customers. I pitched in, helping to get the structure right and each guide doing its job.
It’s much more valuable to us when someone is comfortable in the unknowns – really getting to know what the problem is, thinking about the wider context and so on. (And this job had a whole lot of unknowns!)
Meg Roberts, Creative Director at Schwa Consulting

A global consultancy wanted to share exciting findings on how leaders use their emotional intelligence to bring out the best in themselves and their teams. I wrote a collection of white papers capturing what they’d learned from their assessment data and other researchers’ work.
Sam is the colleague everyone wishes they had. She has exceptional work ethic, produces high quality work on time, and is very open to feedback. I've always been impressed by her ability to welcome diverse viewpoints from others and then synthesize them into a coherent point of view.
Paula Kerr, Director at Korn Ferry

An inspirational and compassionate executive coach wanted to share the breakthroughs that her clients were achieving, so that other leaders and practitioners could benefit too. I channeled her insight, generosity and tone of voice to co-create a series of blog posts for her network.
I chose Sam because of her desire to understand what I do and get to know me and my message. For her raw talent in crafting articles from my thoughts that impact my audience with specificity and compassion. And for the way in which she delivers her work – always on time, the highest quality and in budget.
An independent Executive Coach

Following their rebrand, a pioneering assessment specialist wanted to refresh their core technical manual to give their clients new, high-value insights. I edited the manual, giving their content the clarity, accuracy and impact it deserved.
It’s always particularly challenging to produce a technical manual which connects with the reader and showcases the business outcomes of using our assessments. It requires the editor to have a good understanding of statistical concepts and organisational context, as well as expertise in copywriting. There aren’t many people who have this knowledge, so Sam was the obvious choice! She approached the project in a structured way and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were delighted that she was able to significantly improve the value of our manual for our readers. And her passion to do a great job always shines through.
